Pause and then press the following. (These can be used only once.)

• 10 Lives - RIGHT, DOWN, RIGHT, DOWN, LEFT, UP, LEFT, UP, B, C, A
• 20 Drones - UP, UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, LEFT, LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT, RIGHT, C, C, B, A
• Maximum Weapon Power - B, B, C, B, B, C, UP, DOWN, A

Reset the game 10 times (not the Wii itself, mind you), and then hold DOWN and LEFT while going to the options screen.
